The Platter serves regional dishes and specializes in Texas style pit barbecue techniques for a number of our meat plates. A variety of speciality beer and wine options are available for dinner or at the lounge and changes to the menu occur seasonally and based on the Chef's discretion. But not to worry, our famous homemade popovers will stay the same and will continue to have their distinctive fluffy buttery taste that first made the "popover" famous in 1876 after the first recipe was published by M. N. Henderson in the cookbook "Practical Cooking".
